In the kitchen

Finally! We are done with the kitchen. There are plenty of things that are still imperfect, but the simple act of stripping wallpaper and painting a warm, bright color has made all of the difference in how we feel about this space. FYI, the color is called "squish-squash." Ha.

Howdy from your old neighbor and former Wisconsinite. Well, the kitchen looks good but to really fit into the community you should pain the wood green. You know, to support the local NFL team... just a suggestion. Seriously though, I hope you guys are having a good time. I'm extremely jealous of the cheese selection at Woodman's

Are you Serious about "Squish-squash?" I would have guessed that would be a muddy brown color.

Yes, squish-squash is the actual color name. Thanks, Chris, for the suggestion for Packerizing the kitchen. I have been trying to convince R we need to paint the cabinets.
